Direct animated short films in 51 visual styles using Claude Code and pure programmatic rendering without video generation models.
Lemo-Opuscar is an open-source filmmaking skill for Claude Code that directs, draws, scores, and mixes short films purely through code. It provides 51 distinct visual styles (from watercolor to 3D LiDAR) where Claude Opus 5.5 renders animations via Canvas, WebGL, and SVG rather than using video generative models. Creators simply describe a story, choose a style, and receive a completed video.
You install the plugin into Claude Code and prompt the model with a story idea and visual style. The agent generates the visual code, storyboard, audio score, and narration scripts according to director and technical guides. Finally, ffmpeg compiles the code frames and soundtrack into a high-definition video file.
What you need: Install it on your own computer. Cost: free, open source.
